Q - Where do my alerts appear?

A - Depending on your twitter settings your alerts will show up under the direct messages section on twitter. Alerts may also appear in your email or via text message depending on your twitter account preferences.

Q - How do I stop my alerts?

A - Through twitter, you can stop receiving alerts by sending a direct message to @job_alerts that says 'delete all'. This will remove all your job alerts.

Additionally, if you are logged into cbjobtweets, you will see all of your current alerts. There, you can delete any of the active ones, or test new ones if you'd rather replace them.

Q - Why does the number of jobs in my alert not match the number I see online?

A - There are several factors that can lead to a potential difference in job counts. It may be that some jobs have expired between the generation of your alert and your visit to the website.
